It seems that the pandemic signaled a redefinition of education, learning, and teaching. Regarding teaching, a new profile of teachers is in need.  Our children need teachers able to show care by developing a solid connection with the students where empathy and warmth are active ingredients in classroom and community building with shared values, goals, and responsibilities.

Nowadays, we need teachers that are curious to learn about the cognitive challenges their students face, becoming barrier-spotters, and teach intentionally to remove barriers that can slow student learning.  The teacher’s interest in the student is vital. The teacher shapes students’ thinking for the future. Priority in the teacher’s work is his leadership in making connections and collaboration with students, parents, other teachers, principals, and the community fostering hope, healing, and well-being.

We offer focus groups with teachers on diverse topics and school projects, trainings, workshops, conferences or presentations, and webinars in every aspect of teaching from K-12.  Our services are always offered in Spanish and English.

The whole purpose of education is to transfer and transform knowledge for the future generations so that they can transcend their lives and humanity as a whole
